About
No agency layer, no account manager, no reselling your project to someone cheaper. The person who quotes you is the person who writes the code and picks up the phone two years later.
I am Ashin Iqbal, a web designer and developer based in Kolkata, West Bengal. I have delivered 24 client websites across India, the USA, Canada, Australia, Nigeria and Malaysia — booking platforms, online stores, medical practices, schools and corporate sites.
Most people who come to me have been burned once already. A site built on a page builder that got slower every month. A developer who stopped replying. A "cheap" website that turned out to be a subscription they could never leave. So the way I work is a direct answer to that: fixed prices published on the site, a delivery date in writing, hand-written code with no builder licence attached, and full ownership handed to you on launch day.
A page builder ships one to two megabytes of CSS and JavaScript your visitors never use. On a phone in Kolkata on a patchy 4G connection, that is the difference between a customer waiting and a customer leaving. Writing the theme by hand means the browser downloads only what your site actually needs — which is why these builds routinely score above 90 in PageSpeed Insights while a builder site struggles to pass 50.
Indian clients get a fixed one-time build cost. Overseas clients usually prefer a managed monthly plan that rolls design, hosting, updates and SEO into one number. Both are published on the pricing page, because making you sit through a call to find out the price is a sales tactic, not a service.

Track record
2024
Running end-to-end delivery for clients across six countries — from a 24-hour sports booking platform in Burdwan to a healthcare technology site in Ohio. Every build is hand-coded and handed over in full.
2023
Led the web team on client projects: scoping, architecture, code review and launch. This is where the fixed-price, fixed-date way of working came from — watching how often hourly billing goes wrong for small businesses.
2020
Started taking on overseas clients directly. Fifty-plus deliveries and a 5.0 rating taught me more about writing clear scopes and answering fast than any course would have.
2019
Computer science fundamentals — databases, networks, algorithms — alongside client work the whole way through.
2017
Where the first line of PHP got written, mostly out of stubbornness about a school project.
Toolkit
Tools are not the selling point — but you should know exactly what your site will be built on before you commit to it.
On AI
It did not learn your business, sit on your discovery call, or decide what your homepage should say. What it did was delete the slow parts of my week — boilerplate, test cases, migration scripts — and hand that time back to the parts that actually decide whether your site earns money.
A fixed quote and a delivery date within one working day. No retainer to talk, no obligation, no sales script.
