The biggest shift AI brought to my workflow is not code generation — it is the speed of validation. I can prototype an idea, stress-test an edge case, and review my own logic in a fraction of the time.

Faster, not sloppier

Used well, AI catches the mistakes I would have shipped at 2am. Used badly, it ships ten new ones. The difference is judgement, and judgement is still human.

What I still do by hand

Architecture, accessibility, and the hard parts of UX. The decisions a client pays for are the ones that require taste and accountability.
